Ben brings more than 20 years of experience in the crop insurance industry, along with a lifetime of firsthand knowledge from growing up and working on a farm. As a Certified Crop Advisor (CCA), he combines practical field experience with technical expertise to help producers make informed risk management decisions.

Because he has lived the day-to-day realities of farming and raising livestock, Ben understands the challenges and uncertainties that come with each season. He takes the time to listen to each operation’s goals and concerns, working closely with farmers to identify the specific perils they want to protect against and building coverage plans that fit their needs.

Ben’s approach is rooted in relationships, trust, and a deep respect for agriculture. His background allows him to connect with producers on a personal level and provide guidance that is both knowledgeable and practical.

Katie brings 17 years of experience in the crop insurance industry. A daughter of a chemical plant manager, she's always had a connection to agriculture. She currently helps Ben farm and raise livestock. Her hands-on involvement gives her a practical understanding of the risks and realities producers face throughout the year.

As an English teacher she also values clear communication. She takes pride in making sure clients truly understand how their coverages work, walking them through options and details so they can feel confident in their decisions. 

Katie enjoys the paperwork apsect, and will help to guide you through the process, ensuring it runs smoothly  and accurately from start to finish. Her attention to detail and commitment to service make her a dependable resource for the farmers and families she works with.
